Tablets and other devices
The form also accepts iPad, Samsung tablet, Windows laptop and other device requests. Choose “Other” for a brand that is not listed and type the exact model.
Diagnosis and availability
A symptom does not always identify its cause. A phone that will not charge, for example, may have a port, battery, cable or board-level fault. Some jobs need in-store inspection before a reliable quote can be given. Same-day completion is not guaranteed; it depends on the model, parts, diagnosis and workload.
