This booking site is designed to work without advertising or analytics cookies. We explain the small amount of browser storage used by the booking form and how we will handle optional tracking if it is added later.
Temporary booking selections
The booking form uses session storage in your browser to remember non-contact selections while you move between booking steps. This can include device type, brand, model, repair issue, screen or battery preference, chosen store and preferred date or time. It does not store your name, email address, phone number, free-text notes or consent. The selections are cleared when you clear the form or the request is received, and browser session storage is cleared when the browser tab session ends. This is browser storage, not a tracking cookie.
Essential cookies
WordPress or the hosting service may use strictly necessary cookies for security, administration or functions you request. These are not used by us to build advertising profiles. WordPress administration cookies are used only when an authorised person logs in.
Advertising and analytics
This site currently has no Google Ads, Meta Pixel or other advertising conversion tags, and no optional analytics cookies are intentionally set by the booking form. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and provide a clear choice before any non-essential cookies or similar storage technologies are used, where consent is required. Rejecting optional tracking will not prevent you from submitting a repair request.
Campaign platforms may process browser identifiers or interaction data when optional tags are enabled. We will identify the providers and purposes in the consent choice and privacy information before enabling them.
Managing browser storage
You can clear site data using your browser settings. Blocking session storage may prevent the form from remembering your choices between steps, but it should not prevent the booking request itself.
